Sauna Benefits

Are clothes worn in your sauna?

Following Sauna etiquette we ask everyone to wear swimwear, removing jewellery and to leave shoes at the door.

At Fraileach, we believe pleasurable rituals should be beautiful, comfortable and considerate of others and of the space you share.

What should I take to the sauna?

We aim to achieve a zero‑carbon footprint. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. We will provide towels and bottled water for anyone who forgets, but reducing laundry and single‑use plastics by bringing your own items helps lower our collective carbon emissions.

How long is my session?

Your session is one hour.

However you do not have to stay in for the full hour. You are allowed to come and go as you please. Although, we do ask for the door to be kept open only for a minute to ensure it stays nice and cosy inside.

We are in very close proximity to the water, so feel free to dip in and out of the water to cool down, but please remember you do so at your own risk.

Should I shower before the sauna?

Yes please, we have a small shower to rinse down before the Sauna to enable us to keep the sauna as clean and hygienic as possible for everyone.

Why is the Sauna good for you?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
